Template — review before publishing

This is a starting outline, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review and adapt it to your business and jurisdiction before you rely on it.

1. Agreement

These terms govern the hosting, domain and related services we provide to you. By ordering a service you accept them.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Services may not be used to send unsolicited bulk email, to host malware or phishing content, to infringe intellectual property, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that threatens the stability or reputation of the platform.

4. Resource usage

Plan limits are published on the plan. Sustained usage that degrades service for others may require an upgrade; we will contact you before taking action wherever practical.

5. Fees and renewals

Services are billed in advance for the term you select. Renewal invoices are issued ahead of the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended after the published grace period and terminated thereafter.

6. Refunds

Shared hosting carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting component. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, as those fees are charged immediately.

7. Domains

Domain registrations are additionally governed by the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN where applicable. You are responsible for keeping registrant contact details accurate.

8. Backups

We take routine backups as a courtesy and restore them on a best-effort basis. You remain responsible for keeping your own independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding billing period.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window; request a backup before you cancel.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account before they take effect.
